Paws Fur Grooming is a high volume, full-service, boutique pet grooming salon located in Holly Springs and Brier Creek, NC. It is owned and operated by Matt and Anna Janus.
Paws Fur Grooming prides itself on the ability to tailor make personalized grooming experiences for their clients. Working from a boutique environment lets Anna and her team really spend time with their clients to get to know them on a personal level fostering a close relationship. Customer service, safety of the pets, and top notch grooms are paramount to Paws Fur Grooming's success.
As of 11/15/2023 we are currently hiring for both locations and our mobile van!

Professional Dog Groomer Qualifications and Info
Job Details:
Paws Fur Grooming is looking for a professional dog groomer full time or part time. The potential candidate will be in a unique position being able to work in close proximity to Anna Janus as Anna tends to like to help and train up her employees. We are looking for a team member that can continue to carry the ideals that Paws Fur Grooming is about. Customer focus, safety of pets, and great grooms.
Qualifications:
- 2 years+ grooming experience
- Ability to groom ~5 dogs per day
- Apprenticed with another groomer or has gone to grooming school is a bonus
Compensation:
- Ability to make your own schedule (full or part time)
- We offer a 6 dog a day 4 day a week schedule to qualified groomers
- Commission based on years of experience up to 50%

Professional Dog Bather
Job Details:
Paws Fur Grooming is looking for a professional dog bather full time or part time. The potential candidate will be in a unique position being able to work in close proximity to Anna Janus as Anna tends to like to help and train up her employees. We are looking for a team member that can continue to carry the ideals that Paws Fur Grooming is about. Customer focus, safety of pets, and great grooms.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the grooming industry is a plus
- Ability to bathe or furminate/deshed ~5 dogs per day
- Strong work ethic
Compensation:
- Ability to make your own schedule (full or part time)
- Hourly wage based on experience (negotiable)

Professional Salon Receptionist
Job Details:
Paws Fur Grooming is looking for a professional receptionist for full or part time work. The potential candidate will take phone calls, bookings, greet clients, check in pets, and light cleaning. We are looking for a team member that can continue to carry the ideals that Paws Fur Grooming is about. Customer focus, safety of pets, and great grooms.
Qualifications:
- Previous reception experience is a plus
- Previous work in the salon industry or pet industry is a plus
- Strong work ethic
- Congenial personality
- Love for working with people and animals
- Ability to work with e-mail, text, social media, point of sale systems, and salon scheduling systems
